Terms and Conditions


Items can be ordered on this internet site 24 hours a day. We deliver flowers and gifts every day from 9am till 8pm. If needed, we can agree on the delivery at a different time by phone. Items cannot be collected personally.


All prices stated on this site are contractual. The online e-shop always contains current and valid prices including VAT.


  • The payment is credited to our bank account
  • We receive a confirmation about the bank transfer to our email address obchod@kytice-expres.cz
  • After the card payment being accepted in the authorisation centre, you will receive a confirmation by email


  • The information about the consignment delivery, in particular contact details and delivery address, is incomplete
  • We don’t get hold of the gift recipient or the buyer at the stated address and the order will not contain a phone number of the buyer or recipient
  • on 14.2. and 8.3. and 14.5. Mother's Day. Delivery times are indicative only, delivery will be done during the day. For exact delivery time and can not vouch for any subsequent claims can not be disregarded.


  • bouquets depicted on the shop's web interface do not include vases in which bouquets are arranged
  • We recommend to trim the stems of flowers every day and change water
  • In some cases purchased flowers are slightly different from the products on our website. As compensation, we provide items of the same or similar look, type, amount and in the same or higher price. In case of compensation of items in a larger scope we will inform the buyer before the delivery. If the buyer does not agree with the change, we will return the money.
  • Bouquets are delivered without a vase, the order always includes bouquet or bouquet. gifts
  • When ordering outside Prague, it is impossible to pay for a consignment by cash upon acceptance from the courier
  • Photographs of gifts such as stuffed animals, bottles of wine, etc... are indicative, they can be replaced by the same kind of items with a similar look and the same price
  • In case of ordering bouquets made of individual pieces, a minimum number of flowers in a bouquet is 7 pcs.
  • In case you need to deliver a bouquet on the day when ordering it, the order must be confirmed by 5pm at the latest.
  • In case the addressee is not at the stated address and it’s impossible to contact him/her by phone (the buyer doesn’t include the recipient’s phone number), we will try to contact the buyer. In case we fail to reach him/her, the consignment will be taken back to the branch. The buyer will be informed about the address of the consignment where he/she can collect it or pay for another delivery to a specified location.
  • Hampers must be ordered two work days before the delivery as a minimum.
  • The phone line is open every day from 8am till 8pm.
  • Orders which are supposed to be delivered during the weekend outside Prague must be raised on Friday at the latest. Orders within Prague can be made any time.


The seller declares that all personal data is confidential, will be used only in compliance with fulfilling the agreement with the buyer and won’t be made public in any way, provided to third parties, etc… except a situation connected with distribution or payment regarding the ordered goods (communicating the name and delivery address). Personal data, provided by the buyer in order to fulfil the order, is collected, processed and stored in compliance with the valid legislation of the Czech Republic, in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., about personal data protection, as amended. The buyer gives consent to the seller to collect and process this personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the concluded agreement for purchase until he/she disapproves of such usage. The buyer is entitled to access his/her personal data and to have it corrected , including other legal rights regarding this data.

Cancellation of the order by the customer

Cancellation of the order by the customer, it is possible at least 12 hours before the delivery. In case of cancellation 12 hours before delivery, the customer will be refunded the full amount back to the account within 14 days of the request. In the event that the cancellation orders made later than 12 hours before delivery, the customer has a claim for reimbursement. Bouquet can be delivered to the address specified in the order, at another address in the same place of delivery or the customer can pick up a bouquet in person at the branch, which will be provided on request. Cancellation Orders can be submitted in writing via email to obchod@kytice-expres.cz.


Possible claims regarding the item quality according to the type of items with a short life can be raised within 24 hours since the date of delivery; later claims will be unfortunately disregarded.
